The food was outstanding, especially eggs and sausages for breakfast. Good value, and the services were excellent.

I liked the hotel, it was big size and spotless, location was absolutely perfect right in the historic centre. Good value for the area, had a real good stay at the weekend.

The rooms are air-conditioned and a nice size, with an iron and bedstands. The bathroom is fairly clean, the beds are comfortable, the staff are efficient. All in all they offer excellent service.

Reasonably clean quaint accommodation with efficient staff and amazing location in a good area with lots around. Location right by the centre, which is one of the most beautiful parks in downtown and the very historic center of Merida. Nearby Bryan's Burger Bar - great place to chill out.

The breakfast has fine and GREAT options: eggs and sausages. The building is nice and the rooms are tidy with bathroom as well as minimal water pressure. It is in marvellous location to an early colonial cathedral, set feet from the hotel.

Great location with plenty of nearby restaurants and attractions. The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the pool area was a lovely spot to relax. The room was clean and comfortable. I had a wonderful experience at Maison Del Embajador and would highly recommend it.

Building style, location in centre town and though quiet. Merida is wery nice on a Sunday when all street vendors ocupy the centre. On everyday it is a crowded and noisy town but still beautifull

The location of this hotel is very convenient at a short walking distance from the historical part of Merida. The place was quiet at night. The little swimming pool is nice. It is a good value for money.

The decoration is generally relatively dated and a refurbishment of the hotel would be welcome. The quality of the breakfast is poor. We stayed 2 days and the towels were not changed albeit it is very difficult to keep them dry with the high humidity level.

Overall had great stay in February. The pool was heated, the staff here was nice. The room was attractive and exceptional in general, with king size bed. The breakfast was fine with a different added meat, healthy options, juices, and the restaurant was great.

The staff here was always extremely loyal and supportive, and we were able to enjoy free Wi-Fi throughout our stay.
